Piaggio Multimedia Platform (PMP) consists of an electronic unit, connecting the vehicle to a smartphone by Bluetooth®, and a free app that transforms your phone in the perfect companion of all your rides.
Piaggio Multimedia Platform (PMP)
Piaggio has developed a friendly application running on iPhone and Android, called PMP, for Piaggio Multimedia Platform. Once downloaded a large quanity of information will be at your disposal.
- Dashboard (current speed, current rpm, battery charge, average speed, instant fuel consumption, average fuel consumption, current engine torque , current engine power, indicator detection , calculating the angle of inclination (with iPhone 4 and 4S iPod 4th generation)
- Navigation (map position, location of the scooter, the nearest dealer nearest gas station)
- Board computer

Basically the PMP system is plug & play, but it may be neccessary the firmware of the PMP needs to be updated in order to communicate with your smartphone. This update can only be performed by a Piaggio dealer in possession of the Piaggio PADS system.
